  • Displayed nightly rates are indicative unless expressly confirmed
  • Specific guest requirements, dates, or occupancy may affect final suitability or price

Guest information and suitability

  • You must provide accurate contact details and stay information
  • We may ask for further information to assess suitability, access, occupancy, or compliance
  • We may decline or limit a request where a stay is not appropriate for the property or operational setup

Payments, deposits, and checks

If a stay moves beyond enquiry stage, further terms may apply around payment timing, identification, security deposits, and house rules.

Where relevant, these details will be confirmed before a booking is finalised.

Cancellations and changes

Any cancellation or amendment rights will depend on the final booking terms issued for the particular stay.

Website enquiries alone do not create a cancellation framework because no booking is formed at that point.

Property use and guest conduct
