This room is ideal for a long term stay. The house has 4 rooms so would share with 3 others, either working professionals or students as Aston University & Birmingham City University while University of Birmingham is only 8 mins aways

The space
The Living room has a tv with Netflix and YouTube facility and access to WIFI and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms have smart keyless locks which automatically lock when you close the door, use a code to gain access so you never have to worry about losing the keys. The house has recently under a major refurb so all the entire house has new modern design with a new kitchen and bathroom installed in sept 2020
