Deposit Information
A refundable deposit of £150 is taken on you check-in.
Once you have checked out, we will inspect the room for any damages or extra cleaning which may incur. If no damage is reported or extra cleaning is required we will reverse the security deposit hold within 24 hours of your departure and the funds should be available in your account within 3-5 working days sometimes sooner depending on your bank.
Cancellation Policy
If the check-in date is at least 14 days away, cancellations made within 48 hours after booking will be refunded in full. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations made within seven days of arrival.
